Story
Hi there!
So… nearly 2 years ago I started a massive journey in my life where I’ve ended up literally HALF the person I was - in size anyway - 60kg lighter! Was it hard - YES! But I feel so much stronger and healthier now.
So… my next step is to get FIT! After 4 years of organising Trail Buster and being at the Admin tent, I am getting out of my COMFORT ZONE and taking to the trails.
Why?… because I want to help fundraise for my chosen charity - 360 Community Trust - Youth Mentoring & Leadership. After being in 360 for 10 years, I have seen so many young people turn their lives around. I’ve watched them become more vibrant and resilient and grow into awesome leaders who in turn are now giving back to others younger than them - so the circle goes on!
There is SO MUCH potential in every young person, and I believe that great environments and significant adults are hugely effective in making this happen.
But to create those environments - sports, camps, creative arts etc costs MONEY! So I’m aiming to fundraise $2000 by doing Trail Buster. ANY donation towards my goal would be HUGELY appreciated. Better still, come and WALK WITH ME as well!

360 Community Trust
Our mission is to empower young people to develop into vibrant, resilient, fully equipped adults who contribute to society positively, by connecting them to significant adults. We equip them to be great leaders who impact their peers positively. Great environments such as camps, sports, mentoring groups, community service events and the creative arts help teach our young people essential life skills.
Since 2007, 360 have helped nurture young people into adulthood. In any given year we work with over 100 young people age 13-22 years. Young people that have been in our program are now engaged in the careers of their choice, and in turn are now mentoring other young people to set and achieve their goals.
